You will be asked for the following as you apply.

1.  A sponsor name and sponsor email.

2.  A digital photo.  You will be prompted to upload your photo.  

3.  A debit or credit card for your payment.

      Professional Associate  PA (those 32 or younger)        Dues are $  75.00

              PA option only--Pay $75 or pay three equal installments of $25 each.

      Active Member (applicants age 33 or older)                    Dues are $100.00

NOTE:  We do not have chapters outside the United States.
