International Women of Courage, 2013  "Four Days of Celebration"  March 5th thru March 8th

AWIU is providing for members and your guests an opportunity to enjoy  four days of our Nations Capitol History.  May we suggest inviting friends, family members, and D.C. acquaintances to join you for Wednesday evening's IWOC Dinner, as well as the following events AWIU has arranged.

"A Day on Capitol Hill"  March 5, 2013, Tuesday

* Library of Congress (am) - By special invitation  tour of the Library, reflecting AWIU's goal to acquire knowledge (Earlymorning:  TBA)

*  Lunch on the Hill (Noon)

* Special Invitation extended by Congressman Ed Royce ( California ) -

Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee , US House of Representatives

AWIU and guests will visit with the Chairman who is at the forefront of overseeing our nation's foreign policy (afternoon)

*  Evening:  Open time

March 6, 2013  Wednesday (6pm)

Signature Event:  International Women of Courage Celebration, 6pm  Only $250  REGISTER

March 7, 2013   Thursday

*  AWIU Board Meeting at the University Club (morning)  AWIU Members Only

* By Special Invitation:  A Visit to the Embassy of Finland
