Zeenia Irani is Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives at FINCA International, where she leads strategic partnerships, philanthropic engagement, and innovation initiatives focused on advancing financial inclusion globally. Her work sits at the intersection of social impact, technology, and economic opportunity, including partnerships with organizations such as AWS, Cisco, Salesforce, and Microsoft.
Prior to FINCA, Zeenia held leadership and development roles with the United Nations World Food Programme USA and Mercy Corps, as well as in public sector and political organizations. She also serves on the boards of Center for Independent Living Berkeley and 2Gether-International, supporting disability inclusion and entrepreneurship globally.
Zeenia earned her MBA from the University of California, Berkeley Haas School of Business and is currently completing Stanford University’s Ethics, Technology, and Public Policy program focused on the societal impact of AI and emerging technologies.
