Justine Wolcott has a lifelong interest in international affairs, especially relating to Latin America. The Pasadena, California resident volunteers at the Interfaith Refugee and Immigration Services (IRIS) in Los Angeles, where (pre-covid) she provided legal assistance to lawful permanent residents and newly arrived individuals to complete applications to become U.S. citizens. Wolcott is also an active volunteer at Polytechnic School, where she supports the Global Initiatives Alliance under the leadership of AWIU member Ann Diedrich and works with Maggie Sabbag, her AWIU sponsor. The mother of five lists among her interests international travel and outdoor activities such as backpacking, skiing, and hiking. Justine went to Guatemala with the AWIU Delegation in October 2022, where her fluent Spanish was much admired. She has a BSFS from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service and a J.D. from Loyola Law School.
