Janet Elliott, President and CEO, International Visitors Center Los Angeles (IVCLA) welcomed guests to the annual lunch honoring the 2022 International Women of Courage. Katrina Fotovat, Senior Official of the Office of Global and Women’s Issues, U.S. Department of State introduced the four IWOC alumnae, who were in Los Angeles to attend the IWOC Celebration: Roya Sadat, 2018, Afghanistan; May Sabe Phyu, 2015, Burma; Arbana Xharra, 2015, Kosovo; and Fadia Najib Thabet, 2017, Yemen.
